Data synchronization from ComputerEase occurs automatically every 60 minutes, while data transfers to and from Procore are scheduled every 30 minutes by default, with the option for real-time when needed. The Sync Tool generates XML files for loading data back into ComputerEase, offering a streamlined and supported method for data management.
No. As part of their license, customers enjoy can sync unlimited data and projects between Procore and ComputerEase. You also can have unlimited users on the platform.

At this time, the PCE Sync Tool can sync the following: Budgets, Direct Costs, Change Orders, Contracts, AIA Invoices, Subcontract Invoices, and Vendors.

You can also compare Subcontracts in ComputerEase with Commitments in Procore.

Yes, if you make a change to a cost in ComputerEase, it will be updated in Procore the next time the data syncs.
Currently, ComputerEase does not support the ability to import Subcontracts. However, the SPARK PCE Tool does provide a side-by-side comparison of Subcontracts and Subcontract Change Orders. Within a single page in the Sync Tool, you can see data from both systems side-by-side. If there are any discrepancies, they are highlighted so that you can fix them.
The PCE tool synchronizes ComputerEase Vendors with Procore Companies. You can sync Vendors in bulk or one at a time to prevent duplicates.
The Sync Tool will upload all of your Jobcosts directly into Procore. For labor, the PCE tool allows you to “group labor by month.”. When this setting is turned on, all labor, benefits, and burden will be grouped together and added to Procore in one entry per month.
No, the PCE integration is offered at a flat rate price. You can have unlimited data, users, and projects.
The PCE Sync Tool can mark Subcontractor payments when importing into Procore. These entries can be split out of your budget view so that they are not double-counted. This allows you to see your committed costs to date separately from Job Costs (expenses, invoices, payroll). During installation and set up, your SPARK representative will train you on this feature.
The PCE Sync Tool is compatible with both dedicated ComputerEase server installations (where you host ComputerEase) and ComputerEase cloud Citrix dedicated environments. If you’re on ComputerEase’s shared cloud environment, you will need to update to their cloud Citrix dedicated environment.
The PCE Sync Tool requires companies to use both Budget and Change Orders within Procore.

After installation, the SPARK team ensures the synchronization of multiple projects and verifies that the tool works as expected. After installation, you pay a monthly or annual license fee for continued access.
Yes, but you will need to install and pay for separate Sync Tools for each ComputerEase company you have. Our pre-built integration works for one ComputerEase company at a time.
